Terms & Conditions

By booking with Ocean Luxe Detailing, you agree to the following terms:

📅 Scheduling & Appointments

Appointments are scheduled based on availability. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date.

❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

💰 Pricing

All prices are starting estimates and may vary depending on:
   •    Boat size
   •    Condition
   •    Level of service required

Final pricing will be confirmed after inspection or photos are reviewed.

📸 Quotes

Customers are encouraged to provide clear photos of the vessel to receive an accurate quote.
Quotes may change if the condition differs from the photos provided.

🚤 Access to Boat

The customer must ensure:
   •    Safe and clear access to the boat
   •    Water and/or electricity access if needed

Failure to provide access may result in cancellation fees.

⚠️ Condition Disclosure

Customers must inform us of any:
   •    Existing damage
   •    Sensitive areas
   •    Problem spots

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage.

🌧️ Weather Policy

Appointments may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions.

💎 Results Disclaimer

While we strive for the best results, some stains, oxidation, or damage may not be fully removable depending on condition and age.

💳 Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept cash, Zelle, and other agreed payment methods.

📍 Service Area

We are a mobile service and travel to your location. Travel fees may apply for certain areas.

🔒 Liability

Ocean Luxe Detailing is not liable for:
   •    Pre-existing damage
   •    Mechanical or electrical issues
   •    Normal wear and tear
